OatherizeTerms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Oatherize for use of the Oatherize website and service. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Oatherize lets you connect social media accounts, write posts (with optional AI help), and schedule them to be published. Features and limits depend on your plan.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate details.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
Your content
You own the content you create and publish. You give us permission to store, process and send it to the networks you choose, only to provide the service. You are responsible for what you publish, including AI-generated text, and for following each network's rules.
Acceptable use
Don't use Oatherize for spam, harassment, misleading or illegal content, or to break any network's terms. We may suspend accounts that do.
Third-party networks
Publishing depends on each network's API. Networks can change or limit their APIs, require their own approvals, or reject posts. We'll do our best to keep things working but can't guarantee any network's availability. Some networks have special rules: for example, X posts containing links are limited by a monthly allowance on each plan.
Plans, payment and VAT
- Prices shown include VAT. Nothing is added at checkout.
- Paid plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- During the founding beta, features are provided free of charge and may change.
- Unused AI credits and allowances reset each month and don't roll over.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Oatherize running reliably but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or posts that a network fails to publish, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using Oatherize and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end accounts that break these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
